eh i have had some major problems with it in the past my computer once had to be compleatly reinstalled and nortons never picked up the slightest sign of a virus if i had to recommend one id have to recommend avg or windows defender by microsoft
well each of the computer companies are pretty simaler because they for the most opart support the same Operating system i really personally dont like alian ware because they appear to be fast but it is because they are overclocked to the extream and it causees them to have a short opperating life
you could try that i think it would work it just wouldnt update if not delete it and download windows defender from the microsoft web page its compleately free and my pc has been safe for over a year and a half there is also a free version of AVG i havnt tried it personally but i have heard alot of good things about it never though install multiple anti virus programs they tend to fight one another and they can delete important information and crash your system if i am correct

Well speed is always nice but short life is bad for everyone and i guess nothing can keep the same speed up forever!
My mom bought Norton 2007 and never installed it. Now she has a virus. Can I install the 2007 and get rid of the virus?
